Annual Dine Around Comes Around In Park City
“Affordable dining and Park City” usually aren’t spoken in the same sentence unless you’re complaining but come October 1 you’ll once again have a chance to eat like regular folk at the finer places. The Park City Area Restaurant Association‘s “Dine About” is back with deals on two-course lunches and three-course dinners from the some of the most popular places in town from the 1st to October 9.
“No coupons, no punch cards, no strings attached — simply walk in, ask your server for a Dine About menu, and enjoy,” PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said. “It’s such a great way for diners to check out new restaurants or revisit old favorites, and an excellent chance for restaurants to recruit a whole host of new fans.”
You’re looking at $10 or $15 per person for each lunch, and $20 or $40 per person for each dinner. Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m still not a fan of spending $80 for two (plus tip) but if you consider this is Park City, that’s pretty much a bargain for most.
More than 20 restaurants have signed on to participate: Apex at Montage Deer Valley, 350 Main, Bistro 412, Brass Tag, Butcher’s Chop House, Café Terigo, Deer Valley Grocery-Café, the DEN at Park City Marriott, Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar, Fletcher’s, Grappa, Grub Steak, Handle, Lespri Prime Steak Sushi, Purple Sage, Red Rock Junction, Reef’s, Riverhorse on Main, Shabu, Silver Star Café, Squatters, Sushi Blue, Tupelo and Wasatch Brew Pub.
If you want to make it a staycation, Dine About has partnered with Stay Park City to offer special pricing on local accomodations.
